Yangtze provides entire solution for Zhejiang EPRI
On June 11th, 2017, the energy storage technology and economic research project dominated by Zhejiang electric power research institute (EPRI) has been finished and the power supply unit has put into service, the entire solution was offered by Yangtze basing on its superior lead carbon battery technology and extensive experience in solar field.
This project consists of two sets of lead carbon battery energy storage systems and could extend to an on-grid and off-grid intelligent micro-grid system; it could realize multi-terminal fusion of distributed energy storage generation, energy storage, and load and is also an experiment platform for backup power, peak-load shifting, smooth access, and intelligent grid items.
Yangtze lead carbon battery, the cutting-edge technology from Japanese Furukawa, endowed with mass energy density, deep cycle and super long cycle life, can operate 4200+ cycles at 70% depth of discharge (DOD). Its superior cycle ability is a strong guarantee for this project.
